A first of its kind team strength and conditioning session first offered in Manhattan, PLAY 2 WIN remixes the large group format with a semi-private coaching experience.  After a team warm-up consisting of dynamic flexibility, core activation and agility drills, participants practice strength and power movements in groups of 6 where they  and receive individual technique cuing by a performance specialist.  The small teams then come together for the metabolic conditioning portion of the class with high intensity intervals before finishing with a cool down stretch.
