SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Train the way athletes do–as a team! This is the most fun, effective, and affordable way to receive expert coaching. Class size is capped at six participants to guarantee you always receive individual attention. The 60 minute circuit-style session combines strength-endurance training and total body conditioning, ideal for most trainees.
INITIAL MOVEMENT ANALYSIS
Your Initial Movement Analysis sets a baseline from which your progress will be measured. Combined with lifestyle habits gleaned from your Athlete Profile, this session provides your coach with the information necessary to build your performance prescription and make qualified recommendations. The 60 minute one-on-one session includes movement analysis and flexibility screening, body composition testing, a cardiovascular assessment, as well as power, strength, and endurance performance measurements.
ONE-ON-ONE PERFORMANCE COACHING
One-on-One coaching combines the benefits of highly specialized programming with precision focus on proper technique and skill development. Your coach’s immediate feedback provides the rocket fuel necessary for mastery of efficient bio-mechanics. This option is ideal for professional and competitive athletes as well as athletes with very specific needs or goals.
